Since 1970s ,pollution ecology has gone t hrough several historical stages including t he natal ,growing and develop ing and exp anding stage wit h t he rise in environmental sciences and t he develop ment of applied ecology . The t he oretical system and researching met hods wit h sp ecial characteristic of t he subj ect has taken shap e . So far pollution ecology has become an indep endent discipline to probe into interactions between biological systems and polluted environment and to control and remedy polluted environment using ecological principles ,is an important compo nent p art of applied ecology and derives from amalgamation and intersection between ecology is faced wit h chal lenges and opportunities.
