摘要

农业作为我国的支柱产业，在对外贸易总额中农产品贸易占有大局部的份额。我国是农产品生产大国，也是农产品出口大国。我国农产品出口逐年上升，己成为我国农业经济和农民收入新的增长点，它对保持贸易顺差，带动国民经济和农业经济的开展也发挥了不可限量的作用。但必须明白，世界经济形势在不断变化，只有迎接严峻挑战才能确保农产品出口的可持续增长。对农产品出口影响巨大的一个方面是近年来兴起的绿色壁垒。绿色壁垒是一柄双刃剑，正面的作用是绿色壁垒能反映出各国对环境问题的关注程度，而相反的是被利用成一种贸易保护的新手段。近些年来，绿色贸易壁垒已经严重阻碍了我国的农产品出口，给我国农产品出口造成巨大压力，带来严峻挑战。因此，在这种新的贸易保护倾向的背景下，迫切需要对中国农产品出口贸易中绿色壁垒问题进行深入的研究和分析。通过分析结果才能尽快增强我国农产品出口的核心竞争力，冲破绿色壁垒的限制，使之在国际竞争中取得先机，占得优势。本文对绿色贸易壁垒对农产品出口的现状和影响进行了系统且详细地分析，并结合我国的现实情况总结了战略思路和对策。

Abstract

AgricultureasapillarindustryinChina,thetotalforeigntradeinvegetabletradeoccupiesmostoftheshare.Ourcountryisthelargestproducerofvegetables,butalsoamajorexporterofvegetables.Chinasvegetableexportsincreasedyearbyyear,hasbecomeChinasagriculturaleconomyandfarmersincomesanewgrowthpoint,itmaintainedatradesurplus,drivenbythedevelopmentofthenationaleconomyandtheagriculturaleconomyalsoplayedarolelimitless.Butitmustbeunderstoodthatinthechangingworldeconomicsituation,onlytomeetthechallengesinordertoensuresustainablegrowthinvegetableexports.Ahugeimpactintermsofvegetableexportsinrecentyearstheriseofgreenbarriers.Greenbarriersaredouble-edgedsword,apositiveeffectisgreenbarrierscanreflecteachcountry’slevelofconcernforenvironmentalissues,whiletheoppositeisbeingusedasanewmeansoftradeprotection.Inrecentyears,thegreentradebarriershasbeenaseriousimpedimenttoChinasexportsofvegetables,toenormouspressureonChinasexportsofvegetables,poseseriouschallenges.Therefore,underthisnewtendencyoftradeprotectioninthebackground,theurgentneedfortheGreenBarrierChinesevegetableexporttradeindepthresearchandanalysis.Theonlywaytoimprovethecorecompeti
