基于GIS的校园安全防控管理系统设计

摘要：校园安全防控管理水平对校园安全程度存在直接影响，为此设计一种基于GIS的校园安全防控管理系统。系

统中，当子系统实时监控及信息采集层通过视频监控模块、巡更模块以及消防模块发现校园存在危险情况时，将采集的信息

传输至系统综合性安防信息处理层。该处理层通过GIS地图模块锁定校园异常范围的区域信息后，将区域信息传输至联动

及处理策略层。联动及处理策略层中告警联动模块将通过校园广播的形式发布告警信息，处置策略模块采用基于多智能体

和元胞自动集成的校园人群数显模型进行人群疏散，实现校园安全防控管理。经测试，该文系统对校园安全防控管理具有

良好的应用性，可在校园失火情况中有效监控危险信息并及时疏散人群。
