草(Nicotlhnatabacum)种子萌发、幼根发生及幼苗生长的影响,从而为其在种子加工及包衣方面的应用
提供理论依据,本研究通过不同浓度的IPT处理非逆境条件下的烟草种子和幼苗,证明l~10mg/LIPT
可以显著促进种子萌发及胚根的发生,增加烟苗侧根的发生,烟苗长势良好;而IPT浓度过低或过高都
不表现促进作用。
关键词:IPT;烟草;种子萌发;幼苗生长
