在千斤顶液压缸加工机床电气控制系统设计中,设计了PLC控制系统总体方案,概括了PLC的简介,对千斤顶液压缸加工机床进行了设计分析,给出了硬件、软件设计与实现方案。在设计分析千斤顶液压缸加工机床中,对机床的结构及工作原理做出来了阐述,并绘制了机床结构图,还阐述了机床液压系统工作原理以及机床工作流程。在硬件设计部分,阐述了电动机主电路及其电气控制电路的设计过程,画出了注电流图,给出了工作示意图,给出了这两个电路的电器元件的选择结果以及硬件配置接线图。在控制电路的设计部分,阐述了I/O接线图的设计过程,给出 PLC及其输入/输出元件的选择结果。在软件设计部份详细地阐述了PLC用户程序的设计过程,其中包括对公用程序、手动程序、自动程序与故障报警程序的设计过程的阐述,并给出了上述所有程序的梯形图、语句表以及仿真。

Abstract
In the design of electrical control system of hydraulic cylinder of hoisting jack machine, designed the overall scheme of PLC control system, summarizes the introduction of PLC, the cutting machine for jack hydraulic cylinder is designed and analyzed, given the hardware and software design and implementation. In the design of machine tool hydraulic cylinder of hoisting jack, the structure and working principle of the machine to do it described, and draw the structure of machine tool, also describes the working principle and working process of hydraulic system of machine tool. In the hardware design part, expounds the design process of the main circuit and control circuit of the electric motor, draw the current map diagram is given, the electrical components of the two circuit are given and the hardware configuration of the wiring diagram. In the design part of the control circuit, the design process of the I/O wiring diagram is described, and the selection results of the PLC and its input / output components are given. In the software design part describes in detail the design process of PLC user programs, including the design process of alarm program utility, manual procedures, automatic program and fault description, and gives all of the above program ladder diagram, statement table and simulation。
