[ ] 从Pubmed中国期刊网全文数据库( CNKI) 维普数据库检索出自20 世纪50 年代至今
于穴位电学特性研究的文献90 篇, 密切相 文献38 篇结果表明, 皮肤低电阻点或高电位点多
与传统穴位相符, 但并不是所有的穴位均具有低电阻高电位特性; 穴位电学特性随机体生理及病
理状态的变化而变化, 病证相 经脉的两侧同名穴位的电学特性可表现为左右失衡现象; 穴位电学
特性测定仪电流的种类强度电极大小及个数等因素均会影响穴位电阻值的测定结果说明根据
研究目的选用不同的穴位电阻测定仪, 严格控制研究过程的影响因素, 进一步探讨穴位电学特性在
机体生理及病理状态下的反应规律是未来研究的重点

ABSTRACT Ninet y art i les on ele tri al properties of a upoints and 38 losely related arti les wit h the time raged
from 1950s. till present w ere retrieved and studied from Pubmed, CNKI and VIP databases. Con lusions indi ate
that most of the low- resistan e points or high potential points of the skin are in a ordan e w ith a upoints. H ow e-
ver, not every a upoint show es the property of low- resistan e or high potential feature. The ele tri al propert ies of
a upoints vary w ith the phy siologi al and pathologi al hanges of the human body . And the ele tri al properties of
a upoints w hi h share the same name on the affe ted meridians lo ated symmetri ally on bilateral sides of the body
were in a ondition of imbalan e. However, the result of measurement an be affe ted by the t ype of apparatus, in-
