各个阶段、风险管理、质量管理以及施工管理与进度控制的实际应用；最后，通过综合应用市场分析、技术可行性、

经济可行性、法律与政策环境以及社会与环境影响的方法论，以更好地评估项目的可行性，提高项目的成功率。这

些研究结果不仅有助于项目实施，还为相关领域的研究与实践提供了重要的参考和指导。

Abstract:Thearticleaimstoconductin-depthresearchonengineeringmanagementandprojectfeasibilityinthedesignand

constructionofportterminals.Firstly,thecloserelationshipbetweenengineeringmanagementandprojectfeasibilitystudieswas

exploredindepth.Secondly,thetheoreticalbasisandpracticalpointsofportterminaldesignwereelaboratedindetail.Thirdly,in

termsofengineeringmanagement,in-depthdiscussionswereconductedonthevariousstagesoftheprojectmanagementlifecycle,

riskmanagement,qualitymanagement,andthepracticalapplicationofconstructionmanagementandschedulecontrol.Finally,the

studypointsoutthatbycomprehensivelyapplyingmethodologiesofmarketanalysis,technologicalfeasibility,economicfeasibility,

legalandpolicyenvironment,andsocialandenvironmentalimpact,thefeasibilityofprojectscanbebetterevaluatedandthesuccess
