摘要:介绍了原子力显微镜的工作原理,综述了原子力显微镜在矿物加工领域中的应用现状。基于原
分 子力显微镜的原理和特点,认为原子力显微镜将成为未来矿物加工研究的有力工具,为研究矿物表面
的结构,理解矿物与溶液之间以及矿物之间的作用过程,探讨矿物作用机理提供了新的途径。

application status of AFM in mineral processing field is summarized. Based on the principle and characteristics
of AFM, it is considered as the powerful tool in mineral processing field to offer new path for studying the
surface structure, understanding the interaction between minerals and solution and the interaction among
minerals as well as discussing the interaction mechanism.
