课程设计(论文)说明书 题 目: 光控流水灯 院 (系): 信息与通信学院 专 业: 电子信息工程 学生姓名: 学 号: 指导教师: 蒋俊正 2013 年 12 月 12日 摘 要 光敏电阻器又称光导管,特性是在特定光的照射下,其阻值迅速减小,可用于检测可见光。 光敏电阻器是利用半导体的光电效应制成的一种电阻值随入射光的强弱而改变的电阻器;入射光强,电阻减小,入射光弱,电阻增大。光敏电阻器一般用于光的测量、光的控制和光电转换(将光的变化转换为电的变化)。 光控流水灯通过感光装置(光敏电阻),实现自动化开关。有利于许多生产与生活,例如在车间里可以安装光控开关来控制车间里的照明灯,这样既利于车间的照明又有利于节约电,光足够亮时开关会自动关掉照明灯。光控流水灯在中的应用在市场上开始推广 Abstract Photosensitive resistors also called light pipe, characteristics in a particular light irradiation, the resistance decreases rapidly, and can be used for detection of visible light. A photosensitive resistor is a resistor resistance made by semiconductor photoelectric effect value and the incident light intensity change; incident light intensity, resistance decreases, the incident light is weak, increase of resistance. For many production and life, such as in the workshop installation control switch to control the lights in the workshop, it is conducive to the workshop lighting and help conserve electricity, light bright enough when the switch will automatically turn off the lights. Application of optical light water in daily life has been fully in the market began to promote. This pape summarizes the basic principles and characteristics of photosensitive resistance, and introduces the basic structure of photosensitive resistance and circuits for implementing control functions; and introduces its design scheme for control the lamp, and commissioning and performance analysis of program.
