本科毕业论文 （20_ _届） 海宁中小企业信息化成熟度分析 摘 要 21世纪，中小企业已经成为各国经济和社会发展中最为活跃的因素，与此同时，中小企业也面临着严峻的挑战和新的发展机遇。企业信息化对经济的影响已经日渐明显而深刻，企业发展信息化成为中小企业全面提高综合素质和市场竞争能力，实现跨越式发展的重要途径。 本文首先从中小企业信息化的概念、特点入手，分析了浙江中小企业信息化的发展现状；其次，结合企业实际设计出了针对海宁中小企业信息化成熟度的评价体系，并在结合问卷调查海宁中小企业信息化发展情况的基础上，对海宁中小企业信息化发展划分了成熟度等级；最后，针对海宁中小企业发展信息化过程中存在的如何认识企业自身所处的信息化成熟度等级，如何提高各企业成熟度等级等问题，提出了相应的对策分析。 关键词：Abstract In the 21st century, the small and medium-sized enterprise already became in various countries economy and the social development the most active factor, at the same time, the small and medium-sized enterprise is also facing the stern challenge and the recent development opportunity.
