PTA集装箱的水平灌装工艺

摘要：为了使用集装箱内衬袋大吨位装运散装PTA（精对苯二甲酸）产品，灌装问题亟待解决。为此，福建福海创石

油化工有限公司自主研发了水平灌装工艺系统。该系统具体操作为：将20GP尺寸的PE内衬袋放置于同尺寸的集装

箱中，集装箱水平放置于托架上，通过重力式水平灌装系统的进料管，物料水平进入集装箱尾部，利用PTA粉料的重

力产生的流速及其流化特性，实现以水平方式向集装箱内灌装。该系统不仅实现了全封闭作业，还显著提高了灌装效

率，有效节省了包装材料，达到了低碳环保的效果。据统计，每吨PTA能节省包装成本和运输成本约60元，经济和社会

效益显著。

Abstract:InordertotransportbulkPTA(purifiedterephthalicacid)productsinlargetonsusingcontainerlinerbags,theissueof

fillingneedstobeaddressed.Tothisend,FujianFuhaichuangPetrochemicalCo.,Ltd.hasindependentlydevelopedahorizontal

fillingprocesssystem.Thespecificoperationofthesystemistoplacea20GPsizedPElinerbaginacontainerofthesamesize,

placethecontainerhorizontallyonarack,andusethefeedpipeofthegravitybasedhorizontalfillingsystemtohorizontallyfill

thematerialintotherearofthecontainer.ByutilizingtheflowrateandfluidizationcharacteristicsgeneratedbythegravityofPTA

powder,thematerialisfilledintothecontainerinahorizontalmanner.Thissystemnotonlyachievesfullyenclosedoperation

butalsosignificantlyimprovesfillingefficiency,effectivelysavingpackagingmaterialsandachievinglow-carbonenvironmental

protection.Accordingtostatistics,itsavesapproximatelyRMB60pertonofPTAinpackagingandtransportationcosts,resulting

inremarkableeconomicandsocialbenefits.
