O b ective To assess the practicability and reliability of lumbarM M and analyze the clinical value of lumbarM M for degenerative lumbar spine disorders. M ethod s One lumbar intervertebraldisc ( L , L , L S ) aswell as two nether lumbar nerve 34 45 5 1 rootsmake up an investigative unit. One hundred and eight investigative units of36 patientsw ith degenerative lumbar spine disorderswere examinedw ith computed tomography( CT) andmagnetic resonance mi aging (M I) andM M. A ll patientswere treated surgically. The evaluation of the practicability included the quality of mi age, security and cost. On the basis of clinical diagnosis, we compared the 2 sensitivity and specificity ofCT, M I andM M by test in order to assess the facticity of lumbarM M.
