摘 要 在建筑工程造价全过程管控中，应从设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段以及竣工结算阶段等多个环节进行

全面监管。设计阶段，应加强设计概预算工作和实行限额设计，以确保预算合理性和经济效益；在招投标阶段，要

严格审核招标文件和投标人资质，保障竞标条件的充分性；在施工阶段，要加强材料和工期控制，严格管理工程变

更；在竣工结算阶段，需要建立健全的结算制度和流程，全面核算和对比工程实际成本。通过以上措施的全面落

实，才能够保证建筑工程造价的有效控制和管理。
