摘要

有效控制工程成本和实施精细化管理是关键的项目成本管理因素，因此将针对不同工程模式分析和研究具体的实施方案，以优化整体成本控制。PPP项目模式是一种重要的技术开发类型，它通过政府与组织之间达成协议，向私营组织提供公共服务并建立起“公私合作”的伙伴关系。随着PPP项目模式理念的不断演进，它已经成为广泛应用于工程成本控制的一种方法，可以有效地促进工程成本实现精细化管理。本文介绍了PPP项目模式以及与之相关的工程造价控制管理内容，旨在为从事相关工作的人员提供实用的经验和建议。

ABSTRACT

Engineeringcostcontrolandfinemanagementhaveanimportantimpactontheoverallcostcontroloftheproject,soithasapositiveroletoanalyzeandstudythespecificimplementationplanofengineeringcostcontrolandfinemanagementundersomeengineeringmodes.Intermsofthecurrenttechnologydevelopmenttypes,animportantmodelisthePPPprojectmodel.Theso-calledPPPmodelspecificallyreferstoanagreementbetweenanorganizationandthegovernmenttoprovidepublicservicestoprivateorganizationsandformapublic-privatepartnershippartnership.WiththecontinuousdevelopmentofPPPprojectmodelconcept,ithasbeenwidelyusedinengineeringcostcontrol,whichcanpromotethefinemanagementofengineeringcost.ThispapersummarizesthePPPprojectmode,expoundsthecontentoftheprojectcostcontrolandmanagement,hopingtoprovideexperienceandsuggestionsfortherelatedprojectcostwork.
