内蒙古科技大学本科生 毕业论文 题 目:稀土元素Nd对Q345B钢显微组 织和腐蚀性能的影响 姓 名:李开宇 学 号:0603105215 专 业:材料成型及控制工程 班 级:06成型2班 指导教师:郭瑞华 稀土元素Nd对Q345B钢显微组织和腐蚀性能的影响 摘 要 本研究是在Q345B钢中加入稀土元素Nd,研究稀土元素Nd对Q345B钢组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响。采用在基料上钻孔加帽法添加稀土,添加量分别为50ppm、100ppm、150ppm。用蔡司显微镜和扫描电子显微镜来分析稀土对Q345B钢显微组织的影响。通过失重法、电化学方法及表面分析技术,对实验钢在NaHSO3溶液环境中的腐蚀行为及规律进行了分析。 实验结果表明:稀土Nd改善了Q345B钢的组织,本实验添加量为50ppm钕的钢组织细化最佳,超过这个添加量时,稀土起恶化作用。通过失重,交流阻抗和极化曲线分析了不同时间段的腐蚀情况。腐蚀前期(0-96h)稀土添加明显改善了Q345B钢的耐蚀性,腐蚀中期(96-192h)添加稀土与未加稀土的抗腐性没有明显的区别,腐蚀后期(192-240h),稀土添加量为100ppm和150ppm的耐蚀性比未加稀土的要差。综合以上因素,稀土添加量为50ppm的耐蚀性最好。 关键词:Q345B钢;稀土;显微组织;腐蚀 Effect of Rare Earth Nd on Microstructure and Corrosion Property of Q345B Steel Abstract Effect of rare earth element Nd on Q345B steel microstructure and corrosion resistance are studied in this paper. Used in the base material on the drilling and hat method to add rare earth, dosage of 50ppm, 100ppm, 150ppm. Using the Zeiss microscope and scanning electron microscopy to analyze the rare earth on microstructure of Q345B steel. By weight loss method, electrochemical methods and surface analysis techniques, the experimental steel in aqueous solutions NaHSO3 corrosion behavior and the law were analyzed. The results show that: Nd improved organization of Q345B steel, however, the role of rare earth has a limit, when more than the content, the rare earth effect will deteriorate. This experiment of added 50ppm Nd Steel is best. Through weight loss, impedance and polarization curves to analysis the corrosion of the different time. Rare earth significantly improved the corrosion resistance of steel Q345B in Corrosion early (0-96h), the corrosion of the steel of with rare earth and not is similar in the corrosion medium-time(96-192h). In the later period of corrosion(192-240h), the corrosion resistance of the rare earth amount of 100ppm and 150ppm was worse than that without rare earth .
