新能源锂电池行业pH分析仪选型解析

摘要：现在pH分析仪在工业生产过程中的应用极广。首先，它是典型的水质分析仪表，在各个行业的循环水、去离

子水和污水处理上都用pH分析仪来监测和控制水的pH值；其次，在精细化工行业中同样也要监测和控制产品的pH值，

以保证产品的质量；最后，在石油化工行业中也离不开对pH值的监测和控制，例如环己酮法制己内酰胺，在制备羟胺和

环己酮肟的中间产品时，都要自动控制pH值。在制药的发酵过程和造纸行业也离不开pH分析仪。

Abstract：pHanalyzersarenowwidelyusedinindustrialproductionprocesses.Firstly,theyaretypicalwaterqualityanalysis

instruments,andpHanalyzersareusedtomonitorandcontrolthepHvalueofwaterintherecyclingwater,deionizedwater,and

wastewatertreatmentofvariousindustries.Secondly,inthefinechemicalindustry,itisalsonecessarytomonitorandcontrolthe

pHvalueofproductstoensureproductquality.Finally,inthepetrochemicalindustry,themonitoringandcontrolofpHvalueisalso

essential,suchasintheproductionofcaprolactamthroughthecyclohexanoneprocess,whereautomaticpHvaluecontrolisrequired

duringthepreparationofintermediateproductslikehydroxylamineandcyclohexanoneoxime.pHanalyzersarealsoindispensablein

thefermentationprocessofpharmaceuticalmanufacturingandthepapermakingindustry.
