昆 虫 学 报 Acta Entomologica Sinica，February 2004，47(1)：20—24 ISSN 0454—6296 昆虫病原线虫斯氏线虫和异小杆线虫 对长角血蜱雌蜱的致病力 高志华 ，杨小龙 ，刘敬泽 ，简 恒 (I．河北师范大学生命科学学院，石家庄 050016；2．中国农业科学院生物防治研究所，北京 100081) 摘要：用昆虫病原线虫小卷蛾斯氏线虫(sc BJ)、夜蛾斯氏线虫(Sf Otio)、拟双角斯氏线虫(Sc D43)、格氏斯氏线虫(Sg NC32)和 嗜菌异小杆线虫(Hb E一6—7)对长角血蜱雌蜱进行感染试验，所用线虫剂量为4 ooo IJs／dish。结果表明，5种线虫均对长角血蜱 雌蜱有致死效应。Hb E一6—7和sc BJ两种线虫对雌蜱各发育期致病力最强，导致雌蜱的累积死亡率和半致死时间分别为饥饿 雌蜱82．5％，9．0天和75．0％，8．8天；吸血雌蜱90．0％，8．0天和82．5％，8．0天；饱血雌蜱93．3％，7．3天和86．7％，7．3天。Sc D43对饱血雌蜱有较高的致死效应，为80．0％，但半致死时间较长，为11．7天。Sf Otio和Sg NC32对长角血蜱雌蜱的致死效应 较低。饱血雌蜱较饥饿雌蜱和吸血雌蜱更易被线虫感染。 关键词：昆虫病原线虫；斯氏线虫；异小杆线虫；长角血蜱；致病力 中图分类号：Q965 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0454—6296(2004)01—0020—05 Virulence of entomopathogenic nematodes(Steinernematidae and Heterorhabditi． dae)to female ticks of Haemaphy，salis longicornis Neumann(Acari：Ixodidae) GAO Zhi-Hua ，YANG Xiao—Lo“g ，LIU Jing—Ze”，JIAN Heng (1．College of Life Sciences，Hebei Normal University，Shijia— zhuang 050016，China；2．Institute of Biological Contml，Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences，Beijing 10008 1， China) Abstract：Infection of entomopathogenic nematodes Steinernema carpocapsae BJ(Sc BJ)，S．feltiae Otio(Sf Otio)，S． ceratophorum D43(Sc D43)and S．glaseri NC32(Sg NC32)(Steinemematidae)。and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora E．6． 7(Hb E-6-7)(Heterorhabditidae)to female Haemaphysalis longicornis Neumann was conducted．The nematodes dosage used Was 4 000 IJs／dish．The results showed that the five entomopathogenic nema todes had lethal effects on female H． 1ongicomis．Hb E-6-7 and Sc BJ were the most virulence species to various developmental stages of female ticks：the ca． mulative mortality and the I of unfed female ticks from nematodes infection were 82．5％，9．0 d and 75． 0％。8．8 d。 respectively；feeding female 90．0％，8．0 d and 82．5％ ，8．0 d；engorged female
