摘要

随着全球气候变化问题的日益严峻，绿色金融在支持新能源产业发展中的

作用愈发显著。本研究聚焦于北京市，通过实证分析探讨了绿色金融对新能源

产业发展的支持机制及其效果。研究发现，绿色信贷、绿色债券和绿色基金等

多元化绿色金融产品为北京市新能源项目提供了重要的资金支持，有效促进了

新能源技术的研发、产业化和市场推广。北京市新能源产业在绿色金融的支持

下，产业规模持续扩大，发展速度加快，技术创新成果显著。然而，新能源产

业仍面临技术研发成本高、市场接受度待提高等挑战。基于上述分析，本研究

提出了完善绿色金融政策体系、加强绿色金融产品创新、提升绿色金融与新能

源产业融合度等策略建议，旨在为北京市乃至全国范围内的绿色金融与新能源

产业融合发展提供有益参考。

ABSTRACT

Withtheincreasinglysevereglobalclimatechangeissue,theroleofgreen

financeinsupportingthedevelopmentofthenewenergyindustryisbecomingmore

andmoresignificant.ThisstudyfocusesonBeijingandexploresthesupport

mechanismandeffectivenessofgreenfinanceforthedevelopmentofthenewenergy

industrythroughempiricalanalysis.Researchhasfoundthatdiversifiedgreen

financialproductssuchasgreenloans,greenbonds,andgreenfundsprovide

importantfinancialsupportfornewenergyprojectsinBeijing,effectivelypromoting

theresearchanddevelopment,industrialization,andmarketpromotionofnewenergy

technologies.Withthesupportofgreenfinance,thenewenergyindustryinBeijing

hascontinuedtoexpandinscale,acceleratedindevelopmentspeed,andachieved

significanttechnologicalinnovationresults.However,thenewenergyindustrystill

faceschallengessuchashightechnologyresearchanddevelopmentcostsandthe

needtoimprovemarketacceptance.Basedontheaboveanalysis,thisstudyproposes

strategicrecommendationssuchasimprovingthegreenfinancepolicysystem,

strengtheninginnovationingreenfinanceproducts,andenhancingtheintegrationof

greenfinanceandnewenergyindustries.Theaimistoprovideusefulreferencesfor

theintegrateddevelopmentofgreenfinanceandnewenergyindustriesinBeijingand

evennationwide.
