某大型商业中心环境影响评价报告书 摘 要 本设计为福源商贸城建设项目环境影响评价。该项目建设地点位于孟津县会盟镇马庄村二组，项目占地面积20146m2，规划建筑面积64000m2，营业面积54300m2。 依据《环境影响评价技术导则》所规定的原则、方法、内容和要求开展环境影响评价工作。对拟建工程项目进行工程分析，确定项目在施工期和运营期的主要环境影响因素；对评价范围内的自然环境和社会环境现状进行调查、监测、分析和评价，重点对施工期和运营期的环境影响进行预测：施工期的主要环境影响因素是扬尘污染和噪声影响。运营期的主要环境影响因素是水污染，噪声污染和生活垃圾，该项目营运期产生的废水均得到合理处置，对周围地表水影响较小；噪声源经减噪措施后均能达标，生活垃圾集中管理并及时清除。 在施工期和运营期采取切实可行的环保措施和污染防治措施，就能够使污染物对环境的影响降低到最小，从环保角度来说该项目是可行的；对该项目进行经济效益和社会效益综合分析，得出该项目具有可行性。 关键词：环境保护，环境影响评价，扬尘污染，噪声影响 Abstract The design for the environment effect of Fuyuan commerce city construction project evaluation.
