Then 2 ′b romo2 dim ethylam ino1, 1 ′b inap h thyl wa s ob tained via diazotization , b rom ination and m ethylation in 497% yield. Th is compound wa s fu rther treated w ith n bu tyllith ium , and then reacted w ith ditbu tylch lorop ho sp h ine to give the title compound in 669% yield. The overall yield of the fou r step reaction s wa s 333%.
