英语里形容词和副词有三个比较等级，即原级、比较级和最高级。

1.表示两个事物或两个人之间相同或相似时用原级。基本结构是：as+形容词/副词原级+as，其否定形式为notso/as+形容词/副词原级+as。例如：

LucyisastallasLily.

Usuallyadultsdon’tlearnaforeignlanguageasquicklyaschildren.

2.形容词和副词的比较级都表示两者之间的比较，基本结构是：形容词/副词的比较级+than+比较对象。例如：

Truefriendshipismorevaluablethanmoney.;(1)比较级前可加much，alot，abit，alittle，any，no，some，even，still等词修饰。例如：

Theymustworkmuchfaster.

Hewastootiredtowalkanyfurther.

Thisbookisevenmoreusefulthanthatone.

(2)比较级前还可加其他表示数量的词。例如：

Mysisteristenyearsyoungerthanme.

Wereachedheretwodaysearlier.

3.形容词和副词的最高级用于三者或三者以上的比较，基本结构是：the+形容词/副词的最高级+比较范围，副词最高级前的定冠词the通常可以省略。例如：;TheSaharaisthebiggestdesertintheworld.

Tomrunsfastestintheclass.

(1)形容词最高级可被second，third等序数词修饰。例如：

Thebuildingisthesecondtallestinthiscity.

(2)形容词最高级常用于句型“oneof+the+形容词最高级+可数名词的复数形式”，意为“最······之一”。例如：

LiuLiisoneofthemostpopulargirlsinourclass.

4.形容词和副词的最高级和比较级可以相互转换。例如：

Janeisthetallestgirlintheclub.

=Janeistallerthantheothergirls/anyothergirlintheclub.;(正确率在70%以上视为达标)
