An important guarantee for?monetary funds as?the normal operation of the?small and medium-sized enterprises,?are vital to the development of enterprises,?but in recent years,?frequent financial?fraud,?it?is mainly composed of?the monetary fund?internal control?is not perfect,caused by the unreasonable.?This paper will analyze the current situation?of internal?control of small and medium sized?enterprise monetary fund?and the existing problems,?and put forward the corresponding measures,?to strengthen the?management of monetary funds?of small and medium sized enterprises.
