海底电缆施工工序及质量控制要点分析

摘要:我国海上风电相关技术已较为成熟,海上风电工程项目建设已进入快车道。海底电缆敷设作为海上风电工
程建设的重要一环,其工程质量的优劣直接影响整个项目后续的安全稳定运行。目前,我国海缆敷设施工多由海缆
厂家负责,且施工技术相对成熟。以越南金瓯1号350MW海上风电EPC项目为例,对海缆敷设施工工序进行详
细阐述,并对海缆施工质量控制要点进行剖析。研究表明,这些控制措施有利于提高施工质量及效率,可为同类型
海缆施工项目提供借鉴。

Abstract:Atpresent,Chinasoffshorewindpowerrelatedtechnologieshavebecomerelativelymature,andtheconstruction
ofoffshorewindpowerengineeringprojectshasenteredthefastlane.Asanimportantpartofoffshorewindpowerengineering
construction,thequalityofsubmarinecablelayingdirectlyaffectsthesafeandstableoperationoftheentireprojectinthefuture.
Atpresent,theconstructionofsubmarinecablelayinginChinaismostlyundertakenbysubmarinecablemanufacturers,andthe
constructiontechnologyisrelativelymature.Takingthe350MWoffshorewindpowerEPCprojectinJinou1,Vietnamasan
example,thisarticleelaboratesontheconstructionprocessofsubmarinecablelayingandanalyzesthekeypointsofqualitycontrol
insubmarinecableconstruction.Researchhasshownthatthesecontrolmeasuresarebeneficialforimprovingconstructionquality
andefficiency,andcanprovidereferenceforsimilarsubmarinecableconstructionprojects.
