摘要:ANSYS有限元软件在温度场的模拟过程中, 很好地结合了材料变温过程的热物性参数的变化,适用于钢件淬火过程温度场的准确计算。热处理工艺通过改变钢的内部组织结构,使其钢的性能得以改善。热处理可分为加热、保温、冷却三个过程,其中加热温度和保温时间会影响晶粒的大小。
本论文利用 ANSYS有限元分析软件对几何外形复杂的45钢零件淬火过程温度场进行有限元模拟,分析工件的各个部分在热处理加热过程中的温度变化情况,为优化热处理工艺,使工件经热处理后获得优良的性能提供一定的依据。根据ANSYS模拟出来的温度场分布,合理选择适当的加热温度和保温时间做热处理水淬实验,通过金相组织的观察、硬度测试、拉伸测试实验等,我们得出加热过程会影响钢的显微组织,从而影响性能。结果表明,加热840℃保温15min会使45钢的性能达到极致。

Abstract:ANSYS finite element software In the process in Simulation of Temperature Field,Well with the changes in the material constant temperature thermal parameters of the material,Especially suitable for accurate calculation of steel hardening process temperature field.Heat treatment process by changing the internal organizational structure of steel,Performance can be improved to make steel. Heat treatment can be divided into heating, insulation, cooling three processes, heating temperature and time will affect the size of the grains.
In the paper, by using ANSYS finite element analysis software for complex geometry of 45 steel parts during quenching temperature field finite element simulation, analysis of the various parts of the workpiece in the heat treatment temperature heating process changes, to optimize the heat treatment process, the workpiece by heat treatment after obtaining excellent performance to provide a basis. According ANSYS simulated temperature distribution, reasonable to select the appropriate temperature and holding time doing heat treatment water quenching experiments, microstructure observation experiments,hardness test, tensile test, and we will come to the heating process affect the microstructure of steel, which could affect performance. From the experimental results we obtained, heating 840 ℃ for 15min will achieve the ultimate performance of 45 steel.
