摘要
由于全球经济形势变化不断加快,我国的中小企业在参与市场竞争时,所遇到的竞争形势也变得更加严峻。在大众创业、万众创新的新常态下,我国中小企业作为重要载体,无论是在推动国家经济发展、扩大就业,还是在促进技术创新、维护社会稳定等方面都具有一定的影响力,对于国家、社会而言,中小企业的发展状况有重要意义。对大部分中小企业来说,由于规模较小、实力不足等原因,中小企业必须更加重视企业自身的建设,才有机会在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地。员工是企业实现有序生产经营的重要主体,采取完善有效的激励机制能够充分调动员工的工作积极性,确保企业顺利达成发展战略目标。
本文以X有限公司作为研究的案例,对该公司现行员工激励机制进行分析,找出机制中所存在的问题并分析成因,进而提出完善X有限公司员工激励机制的具体措施,以期为我国中小企业激励机制的发展提供一些建议。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the global economic situation,the competition situation of our small and medium-sized enterprises is becoming more severe when they participate in the market competition.Under the new normal of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation, small and medium-sized enterprises in China, as an important carrier, have certain influence in promoting national economic development, expanding employment, promoting technological innovation, maintaining social stability, and so on. For the country and society, the development situation of small and medium-sized enterprises is of great significance.As a small and limited competitive small and medium-sized enterprise,if we want to take a place in the fierce market competition,we must pay more attention to the construction of our company.Employees play an indispensable role in the process of normal and orderly production and operation of enterprises, and adopting perfect and effective incentive mechanism can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to work, and ensure that the enterprise can successfully achieve the development of enterprises.
This paper takes X co.,ltd.as a case study,analyzes the problems existing in the employee incentive mechanism of X co.,ltd.in a targeted way,and then proposes specific measures to improve the employee incentive mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises,and strives to provide some Suggestions for the development of the incentive mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
