【摘要】目的：探讨和分析子宫输卵管三维超声造影诊断输卵管不孕的应用价值方法：回顾性分析医院2019

年1月一2023年1月期间行输卵管通畅性检查的64例患者，共128条输卵管,患者均行子宫输卵管三维超声造影检查，

排除输卵管双侧通畅患者后，对于造影显示输卵管不通畅的患者，进一步行腹腔镜下输卵管通液术，比较子宫输卵管三

维超声造影与腹腔镜下探查在评估输卵管通畅度方面的差异，观察患者自然妊娠情况结果：128条输卵管中73条通

畅，28条通而不畅，27条阻塞与腹腔镜下探查相比，子宫输卵管三维超声造影在评估输卵管通畅度方面并无显著差

异(P0.05)o子宫输卵管三维超声造影检查与腹腔镜下探查诊断输卵管通而不畅、阻塞的一致性较好(kappa值=0.786,
