露天矿“废石场”铜金属溶浸提取的试验研究.pdf

维普资讯 第 36卷 第 2期 中国矿业大学学报 Vo1．36 No．2 2007年 3月 JournalofChinaUniversityofMining Technology Mar．2007 文章编号 ：1000—1964(2007)02—0159—07 露天矿 “废石场’’铜金属溶浸提取的试验研究 吴 超 ，李孜军，周 勃，吴爱祥 (中南大学 资源与安全工程学院，湖南 长沙 410083) 摘要：应用稀硫酸溶液，对露天矿废石场 4个矿样进行铜金属溶浸提取室 内实验，得 出不同实验 条件下浸 出率、浸出液金属含量和浸 出周期等因素之问的关系．结果表明：采用浓度 P(HSO ) 为 5～10g／L的稀硫酸作为浸取液浸出铜的浓度和浸取母液的pH值等指标能满足下一步回收 铜的技术要求；用原样直接浸取 ，其浸取率约在 3O ～6O 之间，其 中B一1号样 的回收率较 高， B一2号样较低 ，如对原样进行适 当破碎 ，则可使浸出率进一步提高；从渗透性来看，B一1号样最好 ， B一2次之 ，B一3，B一4渗透性较差；对于渗透性差的矿石类型，建议废石场的堆高为4～6m，此时浸 出周期估计为3O～15Od，其中B一1号矿样 的矿石类型浸取周期较短 ，其余几种矿石类型浸取周 期将会长一些． 关键词 ：露天矿废石场；铜金属回收；溶浸 实验 ；可行性研究 中图分类号 ：TD853 文献标识码：A TestofCopperLeachingfrom ‘W‘asteDump’’ofaSurfaceM ine WUChao。LIZi—jun，ZHOU Bo，WU Ai—xiang (SchoolofResourcesandSafetyEngineering，CentralSouthUniversity，Changsha，Hunan410083，China) Abstract：Leachingcopperoffoursamplesfrom asurfacemine’SwastedumpsweretestedU— singsulfuricacidinlaboratory．Therelationsofleachcycle，extractionefficiencyofcopperand pregnantconcentrationofcopper，etc．weredeterminedundervariousexperimento1conditions． TheresultsshowthatlD(H2SO4)of5～10g／Lissuitableasthelixiviantofcopperforthecase． ThepregnantsolutionofthecopperconcentrationandthepH valuecanmeettherequirements offluidrecoveryofcopper．Therecoveryrateofcopperfrom theprimaryoresamplescanreach 3O96／～6O ．TherecoveryrateofB一1isthehighest，andthatofB-2isthelowest．Iftheore samplesarefurtherbrokenbeforeleaching，theratewillbeincreased．Theseepagebehaviorof B-1isthebest，thatofB一2ismiddle，andthoseofB一3andB-4arepoor．Theheightofheapof stockpilesforwastedumpissuggested4～6m．Inthiscase，theleach cycleisestimated3O～ 15Od．andthatofB-1istheshortest．
