外商直接投资对我国就业的影响 摘　　要 随着中国入世以来，在世界上，我国越来越被广泛地认为是引入外商直接投资促进经济发展最为成功的国家之一。随着外商直接投资不断的流入，我国的就业结构不断地发生变化，外商直接投资对我国就业数量、就业质量以及就业结构产生了很大的影响。通过FDI对我国就业水平的积极影响：总体上不断升级我国的就业结构；不断提高我国的就业质量；减少我国的就业压力；促进我国就业水平的提高和国民经济稳定的发展。消极影响是：加剧了我国内部就业的竞争；使我国的就业结构产生一定的倾斜。通过外商直接投资对我国就业的影响来引出我们利用外商直接投资所遇到的一些问题以及该如何更好的引导外商投资来提高我国的就业水平。 关键词：外商直接投资；就业数量；就业质量；就业结构 Foreign Direct Investment on Employment Abstract Since Chinas accession to the WTO, in the world, China is more and more widely considered to be the introduction of foreign direct investment to promote the economic development of one of the most successful countries. With the continuous inflow of foreign direct investment, employment structure in China changes constantly, the foreign direct investment has a great impact on the quantity, Chinas employment quality and employment structure. The positive effect of FDI on the level of employment in China: upgrade of employment structure in our country on the whole; constantly improve our countrys employment quality; reduce the pressure of employment in our country; promote the development of high levels of employment in our country and the stability of the national economy. Negative influence: the intensified the internal employment our competition; the employment structure in China have a certain inclination. Through the influence of leads to some of the problems we encountered in using foreign direct investment and how to better guide foreign investment to improve the level of employment in china.
