摘要:环境监测实验室废液处置是实现可持续发展目标的关键环节。文章基于无公害理念,重点探讨了实验室废液的分
类与预处理、高级氧化、膜分离等处理新技术,强调废液减量化、无害化和资源化处置的重要性。通过实际案例分析,系
统阐述了“芬顿氧化+混凝沉淀+砂滤+纳滤+反渗透”组合工艺在复杂废液深度处理中的应用效果,COD、重金属
去除率均在90%以上,60%以上的中水实现回用,并可实现重金属盐资源的梯级利用,为环境监测实验室废液的绿色
治理提供了新思路。

Abstract:thedisposalofwasteliquidfromEnvironmentalmonitoringlaboratoriesisthekeytoachievethegoalofsustainable
development.Basedontheconceptofnon-pollution,thispaperfocusesontheclassificationandpretreatmentoflaboratorywaste
liquid,advancedoxidation,membraneseparationandothernewtreatmenttechnologies,andtheimportanceofwasteliquidreduction,
harmlessandresourcedisposalisemphasized.Theapplicationeffectofthecombinedprocessof“fentonoxidation+coagulationand
sedimentation+sandfiltration+nanofiltration+reverseosmosis”inadvancedtreatmentofcomplexwastewaterwassystematically
describedthroughacasestudy,theremovalratesofCODandheavymetalsareabove90%,andmorethan60%ofreclaimedwater
canbereused,andthecascadeutilizationofheavymetalsaltresourcescanberealized,whichprovidesanewideaforthegreen
treatmentofenvironmentalmonitoringlaboratorywastewater.
