摘 要
氨碱法生产纯碱是以食盐和石灰石为原料，以氨为媒介，进行一系列化学反应和工艺过程而制得的。本设计以重碱为原料，设计规模120万吨/年。
本设计的工段是重碱煅烧、高温纯碱冷却工段。它是生产过程中最后的一道工序；是保证产品产量与质量的重要环节。它的主要任务是：除生产出符合要求的产品外，还有将在煅烧过程中生产的炉气进行回收；回收重碱中一定量的铵盐在煅烧过程中变成的氨气；将高温纯碱进行冷却。其中包括方案设计，确定生产方法和生产工艺流程；化工计算，包括物料衡算、能量衡算以及设备选型和计算；绘制带控制点的工艺流程图和车间布置图。

ABSTRACT
Ammonia soda production of soda ash is salt and limestone as raw materials, ammonia as a medium, a series of chemical reactions and processes in the system. Designed to re-alkali raw materials, the design size of 1.2 million tons / year.
Section of the design is heavy alkali calcined, high-temperature soda ash cooling Section. It is the last process in the production process; an important link to ensure product yield and quality. Its main task is: Apart from the production to meet the requirements of the product, as well as the furnace gas production in the calcination process for recycling; a certain amount of ammonium salt in the recovery of heavy alkali in the calcination process into ammonia; temperature soda ash cooling. Including program design, determine production methods and production process; chemical calculations, including mass balance, energy balance and selection of equipment and computing; draw with control points, process flow diagrams and plant layout.
