东莞理工学院城市学院 本 科 毕 业 论 文 毕业设计题目:二手房信息管理系统开发 学生姓名: 学 号: 系 别: 计算机与信息科学系 专业班级: 计算机科学与技术1班 指导教师姓名及职称: 起止时间: 摘 要 随着房地产事业的蓬勃发展,二手房的供求量也日渐增多。过去依靠人工操作完成的房地产的中介业务,如楼盘销售和客户资料的管理等,以及市场需求分析都要耗费大量的时间完成。其得到的数据不仅容易遗漏、误报,而且不能及时把数据之间的关系形象化表现出来,无法进一步掌握房产市场的最新动态。通过本系统能够方便、灵活地对二手房中介数据库的资料进行录入、查询和打印等操作;同时这样的信息化管理有着储存量大,速度快等许多优点,能使用户及时快捷的处理信息。 为了满足房地产发展对信息管理的要求,利用ASP+Access技术开发的一套二手房信息管理系统。本系统基于B/S架构,对运行的系统环境没有过高要求,并将图形与属性数据的编辑、浏览、查询、分析等复杂的功能设计简便化和图形化。通过实现出租信息管理模块和出售信息管理模块的功能,分类保存不同房源的信息,方便房源信息的查询工作。为了将房产资讯能及时分享给各个用户,加入了新闻管理模块。 关键词:信息管理系统 ASP Access 房屋中介 Abstract With the vigorous development of real estate, second-hand housing supply-demand are also increasing.The intermediary agent business depended on the real estate that hand operation accomplishes in the past, such as real estate sales and customer data administration etc.As well as the market demand analysis must cost the massive time to complete.The data that the person gets , has no way to have up-to-date house property marketplace trend in hand further not only easy to leave out , misreport, and can not the relation between the data be shown out in time . Through this system can easily and flexibly to secondhand intermediary database data entry, inquiry and operation; typing, etc. At the same time that information management has a large storage capacity, speed and many other advantages, enables the users to process the information timely and efficient. In order to meet the requirements of information management on real estate development, using a ASP+Access technology development set of second-hand housing intermediary management system. This system based on B/S structure of the system, operation environment without exorbitant requirements, graphics and attribute data to edit, browse, query, analysis of complex function design to handle and graphical.
