早期盆底功能训练联合康复治疗仪预防产后尿潴留疗效观察 　　【摘 要】目的：研究早期盆底功能训练联合康复治疗仪预防产后尿潴留的疗效。方法：选取于2017年1月-2018年1月期间，在我院进行分娩的产妇84例，采用奇偶分组法将产妇分为2组，对照组产妇接受常规治疗，实验组产妇接受早期盆底功能训练联合康复治疗仪治疗，对比2组产妇治疗后尿潴留的发生情况和首次排尿时间。结果：实验组产妇的尿潴留发生几率明显低于对照组，P0.05；实验组产妇的首次排尿时间低于对照组，P0.05。结论：对产妇实施早期盆底功能训练联合康复治疗仪治疗，可以减少尿潴留的发生，缩短产妇的排尿时间，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】尿潴留；早期盆底功能训练；康复治疗仪；产后 　　Early pelvic floor function training combined with rehabilitation apparatus for the prevention of postpartum urinary retention 　　Abstract Objective： To study the effect of early pelvic floor function training combined with rehabilitation apparatus for prevention of postpartum urinary retention. Methods： A total of 84 cases of maternal deliveries in our hospital between January 2017 and January 2018 were selected. The parity group was used to divide the parturients into 2 groups. The control group received routine treatment and the experimental group received early pelvic floor. The functional training was combined with a rehabilitation therapy device to compare the occurrence of urinary retention and the first time of urination after maternal treatment in the two groups. Results： The incidence of urinary retention in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P0.05）. The time of first urination in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group， P0.05. Conclusion： The combination of early pelvic floor function training and maternal rehabilitation for the maternal treatment can reduce the occurrence of urinary retention and shorten the urination time of the mother.
