燃气调压装置制造监督检验要点分析

摘要：燃气调压装置是城镇燃气管道系统的重要装置，为保证其本质安全水平，国家市场监督管理总

局要求对其进行制造监督检验（简称制造监检）。本文从制造监检的角度，根据相关法规标准，厘清生产流

程与监检流程的对应关系，将制造监检过程分为资质及技术文件审查、原材料审查、焊接过程控制、耐压及

泄漏试验控制、出厂文件检查五大部分，结合生产及监检实际情况，分析每部分的监检重点及难点，同时给

出监检建议，为检验机构、监察机构及制造企业的工作开展提供参考。

Abstractgaspressureregulatingdeviceisakindofimportantdeviceinurbangaspipelinesystem,andthe

manufacturingprocessofitshouldbesupervisedbygovernment.Therelationshipbetweenproductionprocessand

supervisionandinspectionprocessisclarifiedaccordingtorelevantrulesandstandards.Theprocessofsupervisionand

inspectionisdividedintofiveparts,namelyqualificationandtechnicaldocumentreview,rawmaterialreview,welding

processcontrol,pressureandleakagetestcontrol,andfactorydocumentinspection.Thekeypointsanddifficulties

ofeachpartoftheprocessareanalyzed,andsuggestionsofmanufacturingsupervisionandinspectionareproposed

consideringtheactualsituation.Thispaperprovidesreferenceforinspectioninstitutions,supervisoryinstitutionsand

manufacturingenterprises.
