综合语法联系 What have I done and learnt During this half a year, my ability and experience are get a elevation in different areas. Firstly, I would like to talk about the changes in our department. We set up the system about raw material and fabric, which combinations sample and spreadsheet. It will help us to control our product quality fully and improve our member’s efficiency. In this system you can easily to find out the product detail, such as colour, size, appearance ,launch time, collection, design, location and so on. I still remember in the past, we spent a lot of time to find the master, cutting files, location. but from now we find it immediately. Secondly, I would like to say something about the training. I always give the different ways to train our team members , I often learn the new thing, and discus the process with our team and other colleague . Especially at the beginning of this year, there are 2 girls were left our team. That means we should find someone to instead their jobs. As we know boys are careless than girl, but I still find a suitable way to train them, and let them cover the girl’s job completely. Thirdly, I would like to talk about the knowledge. I got the college diploma last year from the evening class. I learnt the management skill and professional knowledge from our supervisor. I got the print tech knowledge from our consultant. At the same time, I also use the network to improve myself in different area. Finally, I think that I not only obtained the knowledge and experience in this period, but also use the skill to improve our team morale. No doubt, I am the person who is initiative, independent and good communication. I will keep going to learn and face the challenge in the further jobs.
