(此文档为word格式,下载后您可任意编辑修改!) 设计总说明 本设计包括两个部分:一般部分和专题部分。 一般部分为开滦荆各庄矿1.8Mt新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分:矿井概括及井田地质特征、井田境界及储量、矿井工作制度和设计生产能力、井田开拓、采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风与安全和矿井基本经济技术指标。 荆各庄矿位于河北省唐山市北偏东约13km处。本矿区走向长度为3.8km,倾向长度为5.0km,煤层平均倾角为6°,矿区内有1层煤全部可采,煤层平均厚度分别为7.43m。井田内工业储量195.36Mt,可采储量为146.62Mt,服务年限为67a。煤的工业牌号为2号气煤。矿井平均涌水量为914.4m3/h,相对瓦斯涌出量平均1.25 m3/t,属于低瓦斯矿井,煤层有自然发火现象,自然发火期为6个月,煤尘无爆炸危险性。 荆各庄矿年设计生产能力1.80Mt/a,服务年限67a。采用立井单水平加暗斜井开拓方案,第一水平标高-360m,第二水平标高-420m。采煤方法为倾向长壁全部垮落采煤法,采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤。 矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井的产量,长度250m;大巷采用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用矿车运输。矿井的通风方式采用中央并列式通风。 专题部分为深部开采巷道围岩控制理论及应用研究。采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验的方法, 研究深部巷道围岩稳定问题, 认为深部巷道围岩控制的基本方法是提高围岩强度、转移围岩高应力以及采用合理的支护技术。 ABSTRACT This design contains two parts: the general part and the subject. The general part is a new mine is designed for the Jinggezhuang mineral group limited liability company Kailuan mine,which capacity is 1.8Mt/a. It has ten chapters: the outline of the mine and the mine filed geology, boundary and reserves, the designed productive capacity and service life and working area, transportation of underground, mine lifting, mine ventilation and safety, and the economic and technologic index of the mine. The Jinggezhuang mine filed lies in the Tangshan city of Hebei province. It is 3800 meters along the longwall,and it is 5000 meters along the inclined longwall, the average rake angle is 6 degree in this coal seam .There are 1 coal seams can be adopted in this area, and the average thickness in coal seam are 7.43 meters. The industry reserves of the mine filed are 195.36 million tons and the useable reserves are 146.62 million tons.,which can be serviced years.All of the coal seams are middle thin seam, and the indrstry card of the coal is two fatty gas coal. The average flow of the mine is from 914.4m3/h. It is a low gassy mine. The coal dust haven’t explosion hazard, and the seam has self-combustion tendency. The productive capacity of Jinggezhuang mine is 1.80million tons per year, and it’s service life is 67 years. There are two
