摘要 养老保险是社会保障制度的重要组成部分, 是社会保险五大险种中最重要的险种之一。老年人口队伍的急剧增大将会造成社会保障养老财政支出负担的加剧，不仅有可能使养老保险基金的供给陷入危机，也会因此增加年轻一代的养老负担，并进一步阻碍中国社会全面改革的进程。,建立多层次的养老保险体系等方面就我国养老保险发展前景展望进行了探讨。 关键词 养老保险 现状 前景 Endowment?Insurance Development?and Prospects Abstract The endowment insurance is the important part of social security system, is social insurance in five categories of the most important one plant. The elderly population team sharp increase will cause the social security pension financial expenditure, and the increasing burden of possible not only make endowment insurance fund supply in crisis, also can thus increase the younger generation of endowment burden, and further hinder the process of Chinese social comprehensive reform. In order to realize laborer of old be raised social security, must establish and perfect our pension insurance system. This paper expounds on the development status of Chinas endowment insurance in our country, and the existing problems in the development of endowment insurance, from the establishment of multi-level social insurance fund supervision system; Establishment of peasant workers old-age security system; Actively developing enterprise annuity plan namely compensatory endowment insurance and personal savings endowment insurance; Enlarge fund sources of channel, establish mutiple level endowment insurance system in Chinas endowment insurance aspects discusses the development prospect.
