Abstract
This manual describes the content of the assembly process of analysis and design of low-speed truck drive axle. Drive axle is an important part of the vehicle driving system, its basic function is to increase the drive shaft or transmission came directly from the torque, the torque distribution to the left, right and left, right wheel, to drive the wheels with the car driving kinematics required differential function. So the design quality is directly related to vehicle performance. So in the design process, the designer in the rigorous and serious attitude design. In the part of demonstration program, the drive axle and its assembly structure form selection for specific instructions. This design uses a single-stage reducer, adopts the meshing of spiral bevel gears, it can simplify the structure, reduce the size, effective space utilization, to reduce material waste, to reduce the overall quality. Because it is a light truck, is running in good condition under the road, so there is no use differential lock. In the design calculation and strength check parts, parameters of the main reducer driven important parts of gear, gear, axle and axle housing, made a choice. At the same time also to several parts above the necessary to check the calculation.Finally,I draw. the Engineering drawings according to the selected parameter
