Enterprise Office Automation System on the basis of it which completes the rapid operation of the enterprise and exchange, thus effectively improving office efficiency. System based on the analysis of the enterprise office automation needs is designed and implemented user login, send/get documents management, bulletin management, document management, staff management, session management, views management and registry functions. Which satisfy the needs of information management in the enterprise, solve the problem of low efficiency of traditional manual operation, the high error rate and the poor efficiency.? The system uses the technology of Struts, JSP, JavaBean to design and develop and database SQL Server 2000 to complete the database design. This system can satisfy the enterprise work network, the automated management demand, raised the enterprise internal management level, then promotes the enterprise of comprehensive competitive power in the market .
