摘 要
塑料行业是当今世界增长最快的工业类型之一,而注塑模具则是其中发展较快的类型,因此,深入对注塑模具的研究对于了解塑料产品的加工过程和提高产品加工质量有很重要的意义。
本次设计介绍了注射成型模具的基本原理,特别是对单分型面注射模具的结构和工作原理,对产品提出了最基本的设计准则;详细介绍了温度调节系统和顶出系统的设计过程、冷流道注射模具浇注系统,并且对模具强度要求做了具体说明;最后介绍了当今业界上最为流行的三维CAD/CAM系统标准软件PRO/ENGNEER的PROGRAM模块,对导柱和导套进行了参数化设计。
通过本次设计,可以对注塑模具有一个基本的认识,注意到设计中的出现的某些细节性问题,比较详细的了解模具的一般结构及其工作原理;通过对PROGRAM的学习,可以设立比较简单的零件的零件库,从而总体上有效的提高工作效率。

Abstract
Materials industry is the worlds fastest-growing types of industries, The injection mold is of the type in which the rapid development, therefore, the research casts the mold to understand the plastic product the production process and improves the product quality to have the very big significance.
This design introduces the basic principles of injection molding die, especially for a single sub-surface injection mold structure and working principle, the product presents basic design criteria; Details of the temperature control system and the top of the system design process , cold runner injection mold gating system and the mold intensity request specific instructions; finally introduced today the industrys most popular 3D CAD / CAM system standard software PRO / ENGNEER of PROGRAM modules, to guide post and guide were parametric design
Through this design, injection mold can have a basic understanding of design noted the emergence of some of the details of the issue, a more detailed understanding of the general structure and working principle of the mold; PROGRAM through learning can be set up relatively a simple library of parts, so as to effectively improve the efficiency of the whole.
