摘要

原发性痛经是临床常见病、多发病，属于中医学“痛经”范畴，其临床表现为女性行经期间或经期前后，

周期性下腹部痉挛性疼痛或痛引腰骶，甚则剧痛晕厥。本文旨在梳理、总结近五年针灸治疗原发性痛经的

研究进展及学术成就，明确针灸治疗原发性痛经的可行性及临床疗效，为其临床应用与临床研究提供参考。

Abstract

Primarydysmenorrheaisacommonandfrequentclinicaldisease,whichbelongstothecategory

of“dysmenorrhea”intraditionalChinesemedicine.Theclinicalmanifestationsofprimarydys-

menorrheaareperiodiclowerabdominalspasmodicpainorlumbosacralpainduringorbefore
