冷战后北大西洋公约组织的发展变化 摘 要 第二次世界大战后，美国为控制西欧和遏制苏联，同西方国家成立了北大西洋公约组织 (简称北约)。作为进行冷战的军事——政治工具，北约充当了维护西方利益和霸权的重要支柱。冷战结束以来，北约一直在试图转换角色，并进行了一系列适应性调整。这种变化使北约的军事色彩有所减少，政治色彩有所增加。面对恐怖主义的威胁，北约必须适应时代的要求进行改革。布拉格峰会旨在打造一个“新北约”，即确立新使命、吸纳新成员、发展新能力。北约的发展对国际安全格局产生了重要影响，中国对北约的认识和对策也随之改变。北约，是当今世界独一无二的国际政治军事集团组织，也是主要资本主义国家在军事上实现战略同盟的标志。自1949年成立至今，历经半个世纪之久，在国际外交、军事舞台上扮演了重要角色，对欧洲的军事政治乃至整个世界形势都产生了极大的影响。 关键词： 北约 ；调整 ；东扩 ；反恐 AFTER THE COLD WAR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION ABSTRACT After the second world war, the United States for and checking of the cold war the Soviet union, with the west around the house was set up in the north Atlantic treaty organization (NATO). Faced with the threat of terrorism, NATO must adapt to the needs of The Times to reform. Prague summit aims to build a new NATO, namely, to establish a new mission, recruit new members, develop new skills.
