摘 要
永磁同步电机是一种利用永磁体建立励磁磁场的小功率同步电动机。它以体积小,损耗低,效率高等优点广泛应用于伺服驱动系统。永磁同步电机构成的永磁交流伺服系统目前已经向数字化方向发展 ,进一步适应了高速高精度机械加工的需要。系统中的电流环、速度环和位置环的反馈控制全部数字化。因此 ,如何建立有效的永磁同步电机控制系统的仿真模型成为电机控制算法的设计人员迫切需要解决的问题 ,它对于建立电机控制系统仿真模型方法的研究具有十分重要的意义。本文提出了永磁同步电机 PMSM 控制系统仿真建模的方法 ,在 Matlab/ Simulink 环境下 ,通过对PMSM 本体、dq 坐标系向 abc坐标系变换及反变换、三相电流源逆变器、ASR和ACR等功能模块的建立与组合 ,构建了永磁同步电机控制系统的速度和电流双闭环仿真模型。仿真结果证明了该系统模型的有效性 ,验证了其控制算法 ,为永磁同步电机控制系统设计和调试提供了理论基础。

Abstract
PMSM is a synchronous motor of low power excited by means of a permanent magnet. It has the advantages of small size, low loss and high efficiency, so it is widely used in servo drive system. Permanent magnet AC servo system consisting of PMSM has been to digital direction, and further adapted to the needs of high speed and high precision in machining. The current loop, velocity loop and position loop of feedback control of the system have all been to digital. Therefore, how to establish an effective PMSM control system simulation model has been a urgent problem for the motor control algorithm designers. It is of great significance to the study of the methods of the establishment of motor control system for the simulation model. In this paper a method for modeling and simulating of PMSM system based on Matlab is proposed. In Matlab/Simulink ,the blocks, such as PMSM block ,coordinate transformation block from dq to abc and from abc to dq,three-phase current source inverter controller block ,ASR and ACR block etc. ,are modeled. By the functional combination of these blocks, two control loops are used ,which are the inner current-loop and the outer speed-loop. The reasonability and validity are testified by the simulation and this novel method offers a new thought for the design and test of actual motors.
