三轴控制系统设计
摘 要
随着经济的发展变化和机械工业的现代化,各类机械产品逐渐在国内企业中流行。三轴喷涂机作为机械工业的 重要组成部分, 广泛应用于喷涂的生产中。但如今的三轴喷涂产品难以被不同地区的众多中小企业所接受,主要原 因是价格高,技术要求高,对现有生产环境缺乏适应性,对市场反应能力差,技术要求高,对现有生产环境适应性 差,对市场反应能力差。
本文的研究目的是开发一款符合中小企业需求的高性价比的三轴喷涂机, 以解决中小企业用工成本高的问题。 三轴喷涂机主要从PLC控制系统及上位机软件和硬件平台方面进行设计。具体设计工作如下:
在硬件选择方面,对于三轴控制特点进行了分析,分析了传统喷涂模式的优缺点,提出了一种同步喷涂方案。 根据企业的成本需求和开发难度,采用三轴结构,对系统的三轴喷涂机器的电机系统和控制模块进行了选择分析。 完成三轴喷涂机的总体设计。
关于PLC控制系统,据三轴喷涂器控制系统和工作流程的要求,选择了PLC的型号,并对I/O点进行了分配,完成

了喷涂程序的编程,主要包括当前的三轴初始点定位、同步工件喷涂跟踪。使用了PLC来实现了三轴控制系统的设 计。
关于上位机软件,提出了三轴喷涂机的通用程序。上位机软件是根据软件系统需要的功能完成了软件系统,在 Microsoft Visual Studio 2015平台上,采用Object-Oriented Technology和微软基础类库技术,设计了一种更简 单的上位机软件界面, PLC控制系统通过串口获得控制参数,实现了对控制系统的参数设置和参数监测的功能

Abstract
With the development of the economy and the modernization of the machinery industry, various mechanical products have gradually become popular among domestic enterprises. As an important part of the machinery industry, the three-axis spraying machine is widely used in the production of spraying. However, todays three-axis spray products are difficult to be accepted by many small and medium-sized enterprises in different regions. The main reasons are high prices, high technical requirements, lack of adaptability to the existing production environment, poor response to the market, and high technical requirements.
