Abstract
In recent years, the important role and status of Small-and-Middle-Sized enterprises (SME) in national economy and social development have been widely recognized by society. But as the critical factor to restrict their development, the financing problem seriously blocks the development of SME any further. Despite the series of effective policies and regulations carried out by the Chinese government to improve the financing of small and middle-sized enterprises, financing as a complex and systematic issue is still a bottleneck for these enterprises.
The first one defines small and middle-sized enterprises precisely and analyzes their status and functions. The second section analyzes the financing issues and discusses their financing method, at the same time it also discovers the major reasons that lead to the financing predicament. The third and fourth sections are the solutions to these problems. By analyzing and drawing lessons from the developed countries and areas about their financial policies to the small and middle-sized enterprises, as well as combining our national conditions, this article discusses deeply about the solutions of the financing predicament of Chinese small and middle-sized enterprises.
