摘 要 在社会快速发展的今天，土木工程建设是国家建设最为基础的组成部分，对国民经济的发展具有十分重要

的作用。然而土木工程所涉及的范围十分广泛，整个工程施工中需要处理大量的复杂性技术问题，因此，土木工程

质量的高低通常决定着土木工程能否发挥出应有的作用。当施工中出现相应的质量问题，会严重影响到土木工程的

最终质量，所以，加强土木工程质量管理是整个土木工程施工必须重点注意的问题，只有这样才能确保土木工程施

工质量满足相关的标准要求。

AbstractInthecurrentrapidsocialdevelopment,civilengineeringconstructionisthemostbasiccomponentofnational

construction,whichplaysaveryimportantroleinthedevelopmentofnationaleconomy.However,thecivilengineering

involvesaverywidescope,andalargenumberofcomplextechnicalproblemsneedtobesolvedintheentireproject

construction,sothequalityofcivilengineeringusuallydetermineswhethercivilengineeringcanplayitsduerole.When

thecorrespondingqualityproblemsoccurintheconstruction,itwillseriouslyaffectthefinalqualityofcivilengineering,so

strengtheningthequalitymanagementofcivilengineeringisaproblemthatmustbeconcernedintheentirecivilengineering

construction,onlyinthiswaycanensurethatthequalityofcivilengineeringconstructionmeetstherelevantstandard

requirements.

引言1  加强土木工程质量管理的意义

近几十年，我国的经济发展速度飞快。尤其是改革开放以1.1有利于增强土木工程质量的可靠性
