However, there are some problems in the development of rural cadres. Through the analysis of current situation of rural cadres in the work, and elaborates a series of problems existing in the development of rural cadres, for example, the low quality of rural cadres, the structure is unreasonable, assessment and training mechanism is not perfect. Aiming at these problems, a series of countermeasures are put forward. Through a series of measures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of administrative law into the harmonious socialist construction to the grassroots cadres, through innovative mechanisms and methods, fundamentally solve the various problems of rural cadres administration according to law, to promote the better development.
