After obtaining the evaluation scores and weight with the Delphi method, the degree of the land conservation evaluation was calculated with the constructed mathematical model, and the economical and intensive level of land was also analyzed. Finally, some suggests for enhancing the economical and intensive utilization of land resources in the process of expressway construction were proposed.
