PAGE PAGE 1 论基于可持续科学发展的传媒生产力解放 武汉 中南财经政法大学传媒学院 包国强 [摘要] 发展传媒产业，解放传媒生产力已是摆在我们面前的重要任务。要认识、分析这个问题，离不开邓小平生产力理论。邓小平生产力理论是我们认识、分析这个问题的思想武器。在邓小平理论体系中，生产力理论是其理论框架的核心。解放文化生产力是邓小平生产力理论不可缺少的重要组成部分。未来世界的竞争终将是文化力的竞争，解放与发展文化生产力已成为21世纪最核心的话题之一。传媒产业是文化产业链中最重要的组成部分，传媒生产力的解放，不仅仅关系到传媒产业自身的发展，而且关系到文化产业和整个社会经济的发展。传媒生产力的解放，关键在于制度创新。 入世后，外国强势巨媒试图打入中国，我国传统媒介一家之主的绝对地位受到冲击，它面临着体制改革与经营理念的更新等多重任务。中国加入ＷＴＯ，给中国媒体走向世界创造了机遇。国内媒体怎样走向世界，加强与国际同行的交流与合作，壮大自身实力，以应对激烈的国际媒体竞争，是我们面临的新课题。要以邓小平生产力理论为指导，解放传媒生产力，加速我国传媒体制改革，加快我国传媒产业的发展，促进我国社会经济文化全面、协调、可持续的发展。　　[关键词]邓小平生产力理论 文化产业链 传媒生产力 文化力 On the media productivity liberation for sustainable development media school, zhongnan university of finance and economics , Wuhan Bao,guoqiang [ summary] Development of media industry and relieving the media productivity have been the important mission to be put in our front.To know, analyze this problem, we can not get away from the productivity theories of Deng Xiaoping. the productivity theories of Deng Xiaoping is a thought weapon that we analyze this problem.In Deng Xiaoping’s theories system, the productivity theories is the core of its theories frame.Relieving the culture productivity is an indispensable importance in productivity theories.
