普通机床的数控化再制造,是一项可以节约大量的资金的新技术。通过对旧机床的数控化再制造后,使机床性能接近新的机床,提高了零件的加工精度,改善了工作环境,提高了劳动生产率,缩短了制造周期.
数控机床设计是一项多元组成的系统工程。系统的单元结合成,单元的功能不仅相互叠加,而且相互辅助、相互促进与提高,使整体的功能大于各单元功能的简单之和。
