多功能钻机变幅机构毕业设计-本科毕业论文.doc

摘要
目前国内的多功能钻机主要是进行钻孔、锚固孔、坑道施工、隧道施工、道路施工,露天采矿等施工任务。国内多功能钻机不能很好的适应在不同的施工环境下进行不同的施工作业。国内部分单位引进了国外车载全液压动力头顶驱钻机,在实际使用过程中显示了其优越性,但价格比较高,配件供应周期长,使钻机的保养维修出现一些困难。因此需要有研发出具有自主知识产权,能够适应各种不同的施工环境,高效率的多功能钻机。针对上述问题,本论文通过在对多功能钻机变幅机构工作要求和设计要求研究的基础上,对几种典型已有的较为先进的多功能钻机变幅机构性能的对比,选择了一种较好的设计方案,并对其中的变幅油缸、回转支承、涡轮蜗杆等机构进行了详细的设计,设计出了一种变幅范围大结构稳定的多功能钻机。

Abstract
At present, the main multi-purpose drilling rig is drilling, anchor holes, tunnel construction, tunnel construction, road construction,suirface mining and so on .Practice shows that the multi-function rig is not well adapted in different environments with different construction sf the construction work. Some units of the introduction of foreign domestic vehicle hydraulic power head drive drilling rig, shown in the actual use of its advantages,but the price is relatively high, spare parts supply cycle is long, so that maintenance of drilling rig has some difficulties. Therefore, developed with independent intellectual property rights is needed, able to adapt to a variety of different construction environment, efficient multi-purpose rig .according to the above problem, this paper based on the study of the job requirements and design requirements multi-function rig luffing mechanism , with several typical existing advanced luffing mechanism of the multi-function rig performance contrast, chose a better design, and for the luffing cylinder, slewing bearing, such as turbine worm mechanism has carried on the detailed design, design a wide range of structure stability of the multi-function rig.

1.1 课题研究的背景
改革开放以来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,我国在工业化发展道路上取得了长足的进步,其中在基础建设方面也取得了巨大的成就,然而伴随着这些发展的同时我们也遇到了不少的问题。
近年来我国大规模修建铁路,从2009年到2020年铁路建设投资规模将突破5万亿元,这么大规模基础设施建设过程中所面临的地质勘探难度也越来越高,不少隧道都埋超过500m的地下,勘探设计所面临的困难也越来越高,而由于当前所用设备达不到勘测所需满足的要求,这就直接导致了勘测准确性不高,因此做好超前地质探测在隧道施工过程中的重要性也越来越突出。目前隧道、地铁的工程施工过程中的安全性虽然已经有了较大的改善,但是施工中所面临的安全形势依然不容乐观,而且并没有从根本上改变安全基础工作薄弱的局面,隧道施工安全问题尤其突出,如果在施工
